Shopping Process

(1) Boutique Page

On the Boutique Page you can select items to add to your shopping cart.

You can click on dresses or the magnifying glass to have a closer look at the dress.

By clicking the information button, dress description and amount is displayed.

The item is added to the cart by filling in the quantity and clicking on the "add to cart" link or the image.

(2) Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart page provides you with different information and options.

The item which you have added along with other items added earlier to your cart, are displayed with some basic information. The Total Items and the Total Amount is displayed. Also, the delivery time and the delivery charges are shown. These charges are broken into three regions: (1) Within Pakistan, (2) Within Karachi, Pakistan, and (3) Out of Pakistan destinations. The place where you will get your delivery, those charges are added to the Total Amount which would make up the Grand Total Amount.

Anytime you feel like shopping further, you can simply click "Continue Shopping" on the top right of the page or the "Boutique" link to go back.

You can empty your shopping cart by clicking the Clear Cart button on the top right of the page.

You have three buttons and one check box available. The check box is to be clicked if you are shopping and/or want to use a gift voucher which was sent to you by someone. The proceed button takes you to the next step.

If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, select that item by clicking on the radio button on the left of the item image and click on the remove button.

If you want to change the quantity of a particular item, enter the new figure. In the quantity field, click on the radio button on the left of the rows image and click update. This option is important whenever your Total Items exceed the limit of 20 dresses. You cannot proceed from the shopping cart page and you will have to bring your quantity down to 20 where the update button will help you.

Note: If you are a member, and are currently logged in; you will not be shown the login screen.

(3) Confirmation

This page provides you with an initial invoice. If you wish to make changes, then click close and you will be taken back to the shopping cart. Otherwise, you can click proceed and continue with the shopping.

If at a later stage, you decide to discard your shopping, click on clear cart at the top right corner of the page. However, if you wish to delete some items from your cart, then on the final invoice page, before the online transaction, you can click on view cart and delete items from that page.

(4) Gift Voucher Entry

If, on the Shopping Cart page you have selected to pay for your shopping with Gift Voucher(s), by selecting the Gift Voucher checkbox and clicking proceed, the Gift Voucher Entry page will appear on the screen.

Here you enter the Gift Voucher ID along with the email address from which you received your Gift Voucher (this is for confirmation reasons only). You can either enter just a single Gift Voucher or if you wish, you can enter multiple Gift Vouchers in the 10 fields available.

After you are through filling up the fields, you click submit to proceed to the next part.

(5) Gift Voucher Verification

If the Gift Voucher ID(s) and/or the email address(s) entered is wrong, you will have two options available; (1) Go back and resubmit the Gift Voucher ID(s) and the email address(s); (2) Go back to the Shopping Cart, proceed without selecting the Gift Voucher checkbox.

If the Gift Voucher ID(s) and/or the email address(s) is correct, there would be two possibilities; (1) Either the Gift Voucher(s) amount is less than the Total Amount; (2) Or the Gift Voucher(s) amount is more than the Total Amount. If the amount is less then you have the option of not using the Gift Voucher(s) and make the entire payment via credit card or pay the remaining amount via credit card. If the Gift Voucher(s) amount exceeds the Total Amount then you can proceed with the shopping procedure without having to pay and the remaining amount will be reimbursed into a new Gift Voucher and mailed to you.

(6) Member Login

There are multiple options residing in the page. If you are a member, just provide your User ID and Password and click submit. The benefit derived here would be; instead of entering your measurements and shipping information, this information will appear automatically requiring your verification only.

Secondly, if you are not a member and you are interested in becoming one then you would be required to click on the Sign Up link and follow procedure.

Next, you may even proceed without being a member by clicking the option 'Continue shopping without being a member'.

(7) Don't Want to be a member

If you decide not to become a member, you will be required to enter your information and then follow procedure.

(8) Member Creation

If you opted for Signing Up before proceeding, you will be required to enter your information and after successful submission, the login screen will appear. Here, you can enter your User ID and Password and click submit. On the following page, you will be required to click on 'Proceed with shopping order' to go to the next step.

(9) Shopping Order

Here, you can view your shopping cart.

This page restricts from further editing.

Also, if we have different tones available, you may choose to select this option and the dress will then be made available to you in your required tone. However, if no other colours are available, the option will display 'As Shown'.

It is recommended for new customers not to select this option because you can not view the actual colour that you have selected.

Furthermore, click on 'enter measurements' to proceed.

(10) Measurements

If you are an existing member and you have earlier entered your measurements, then those measurements will appear on this page automatically which can also be edited.

If you have queries related to the fitting of dresses, you may click on 'Fit Concept' link to give you a general idea of the dress.

If you are not clear on the measurements, then you may click on 'Measurement Guide' where you can acquire explanations as to what the fields are.

After completing this task, you may proceed by clicking on 'Submit'.

(11) Comments Form

If you have any comments about your order or measurements which have yet not been met or comments on any matter, you may enter them here.

This page is optional and may be skipped by clicking 'Submit'.

(12) Shipping Information

If you wish, you may click 'Auto-fill form' and your shipping information will be displayed on the screen. You are also allowed to change any specification if you wish to change the shipping address.

(13) Invoice

Here, you may view your Invoice. In it, you will see your Order ID, Grand Total (Total Amount + Shipping Charges).

After submitting, this information will be transferred to Verisign for secured credit card transaction.

(14) Online Payment

This is a secured page and the certificate of Verisign can be viewed by clicking on the small lock appearing on the bottom right corner of your browser.

You will also be required to enter your credit card number, the expiration date and some basic information.

After submitting, you will be required to verify the information that you have entered and proceed.

Note: Your credit card number will not be saved due to security reasons and is required for a safe transaction.

(15) Acknowledgement

The transaction will either be accepted or declined.

If declined, you will receive an error explaining the reason for declining and you may go back.

If it is confirmed, the confirmation message will appear and after clicking 'next' you will be taken to our website again where you may view the final receipt.

(16) Final Invoice

This is where your order will be confirmed.

This page will display your Order ID, Item ID(s) along with their respective quantity(ies), the Total Quantity, Grand Total, confirmation on the secured credit card transaction and a message prompting that this Invoice has been mailed to your email address.

It is recommended that you take a print out of this page and/or save it.
