Order Status

(1) Alter Measurements

To change any measurements in the order, provide Order Id that you received through email when the order was placed.

You will first have to login at the Login Page. After verification, you can alter the measurements at the Measurements page.

(2) Track Shipment

Provide the email address and the DHL Airway Bill Number to view the status of your order. You will receive an email notification from DHL signifying this shipment.

(3) Forgot Airway Bill Number

If you have misplaced the Airway Bill Number of your order then provide the Order Id that was sent to you via email at the time of order placement and press "Enter". You will receive an email with Airway Bill number for the Order.
